Step 3: Click on ‘Change’ under ‘Set date and time manually’. Step 2: Turn the toggle bar for ‘Set time automatically’ off. Step 1: Go to Settings and select Time & Language. Microsoft Store will refuse to download any app on your desktop if its date and time are not up to date. It is not a guarantee that the troubleshooter will fix the issue, but it is worth a shot.
